Mission Statement

It is the mission of the Consortium of Technical Responders to unify the technical response community in incidents involving the use of Chemical, Biological, and Radiological Agents. The CTR will ensure the efforts of those who built this program pass its benefits on to the next generation of Technical Responders. All this, in order to afford our community the best possible professional prevention and life saving efforts on behalf of public safety.
